Delivery Information

All UK orders up to 1.5 kgs are sent by Royal Mail. Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and special delivery require a signature. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. The majority of orders are delivered within 5 working days.

All mainland UK orders above 1.5 kgs are sent by courier. Dispatched orders will be delivered within two working days, usually before 3pm. A signature is usually required upon delivery. However, if no one is likely to be home, the parcel can be authorised to be left without a signature by specifying your instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' field when ordering.

If no one is home at the time of delivery and no delivery instructions are specified, a card will be left with details on how to collect your parcel.

Offshore UK orders to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Islands will be delivered within three working days after your order has been dispatched.
